Your artwork will be packaged securely and sent using a fully trackable service. Delivery of original artwork is £10. All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

All sales of original artwork are considered final and returns are not accepted.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is received damaged, please contact the studio info@katieeliza.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Any damages reported outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
